In some cases, there may be an additional charge for changes, upgrades, or personalization due to the additional supplies and/or time needed to complete your order.

Yes, I do offer gift wrapping for most items and gift messaging for all items. If you are purchasing a gift and it is being shipped directly to the recipient, check the box "This order is a gift" in your cart. You will have the FREE option to add a gift message to the receipt that will be sent with the package (which will also have no prices). You can also choose to have the gift beautifully wrapped in paper and ribbon for a small charge. Message me if you have any questions!

When you receive your order depends on the items you purchased (ready-to-ship or custom) and the USPS shipping speed that you choose.
I always try to ship orders before the estimated "Ready to ship in" window given in each listing. That is the number of business days it will take me to design, make, and pack your order for shipping.
The "Estimated delivery date" is an estimate of when your order should arrive to you based on my production time and USPS standard shipping.
When I ship your order, you will receive an email from Etsy with the tracking number. You can also find all of this info in the "Purchases" section of your Etsy account.
